02 · Prepare and print translations
Your company manages its translators and customer work through the system. Prepare translations with Ministry of Justice-registered sworn translators, then print documents carrying only a verification QR image. Place it at the bottom right of the front page for a one-page document, or the back page for a two-page document. No verification URL or reference number is printed.
03 · Let reviewers check the record
The recipient scans the printed QR code to view the reference number, translation date, document name, name in the document, translator registration, and your company and contact-person details. They can quote the on-screen reference number when calling us or your company for further verification.
04 · Keep translation copies private
Public verification pages show record details only. Translation copies are not displayed publicly. If a reviewing organisation requests a copy, it is sent separately through our official process to that organisation’s official email or WhatsApp contact.
